UAB Carlo Gavazzi Industri Kaunas celebrates its 20th birthday. We congratulate the BACC Community member on the significant anniversary!
The company started its activities in 2003 in the field of electronic sensors’ manufacturing. Today, CGI Kaunas successfully uses the implemented Lean “One-piece-flow” manufacturing process, the latest standard SMT lines and the automation of the manufacturing process with visual inspection equipment and co-robotics stations.
The year 2020 is important for this company with another event – the introduction of the “Design for Six Sigma” methodology for the development of new products in cooperation with the competence center (R&D) Hadsten, Denmark.
Excellent results have been achieved thanks to the harmonious work of strong leaders and their motivated team.
We wish you to reach even higher peaks in the coming years !
