Head of purchasing of Volkswagen from Regional office Eastern Europe has visited Lithuania.

The purpose of the visit was to scout and meet potential Lithuanian suppliers.

BACC (Baltic Automotive components cluster) was a partner of this visit which provide the information about potential Lithuanian as well as Latvian and Estonian companies and helped to arrange all meetings.

Several companies have been selected as very promising and we are very happy on that. Well done!

Meeting with Robert Bosch GmbH

BACC had the unique opportunity to represent cluster, Lithuanian engineering industry and their potential to the Robert Bosch company. “During the meeting with the BOSCH Vice president of Purchasing Strategies, Methods and Governance, we presented opportunities doing business in Lithuania, activities of BACC, discussed about strengthening relationships, how to enter into Bosch supply chain etc, and we are are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship in the future” – says Darius Lasionis, Chief Operating Officer of BACC.
