On October 26th “The Experience Exchange forum of BACC sales managers” took place at Hi-Steel.
Special thanks to Dainius Volskis, Director of Hi-Steel and Liudmila Valinčienė, Sales manager of the same company, for the nice reception of all participants. During the meeting sales managers shared their experience and Audrius Gruodis, charismatic moderator of the Event, presented sales technics and led them “out of their comfort zone”.
Dainius Volskis, director of Hi-Steel, presented an interesting tour of the factory, showed installed innovative technologies and production processes. Darius Lasionis, Executive Director of BACC, presented the sustainability and “green course” requirements for the European Union companies which will be established by law in the very near future.
During the Forum, participants analysed ways of sales during the crisis (supply chain challenges, energy prices, management of customer expectations) and actively shared their companies’ experience in today’s economic situation.
